Abysmal: Michael Essien Honoured With Ugly Looking Statue In Ghana
From Michael Jackson to Cristiano Ronaldo and even Diego Maradona, we’ve seen really horrible sculpture. Michael Essien was honoured with an ugly looking statue in Ghana.
The former Chelsea midfielder who made 256 appearances at Stamford Bridge between 2005 and 2014, was seen in Chelsea’s iconic blue home strip. His body looks severely out of proportion, his face far too jagged while lumps of his face appear to be missing.
The statue of Michael Essien also appears to show the iconic footballer kicking the ball with similar technique to a toddler. His thin knees are way too lean as compared to the rest of his legs while his shoulders appear to be armed with NFL-style padding.
Anyway, Amebo Book readers, let’s have your take on this Michael Essien statue.
