Popular Ghanaian star Jackie Appiah was in Monrovia and she was almost mobbed by adoring fans. Some were heard crying out loud, “Ciara” – a name which she had used in a movie years ago. The actress was in town to witness George Weah being sworn in as the 24th President of the Republic of Liberia.
