Photos: Man Kills Himself After Attacking His Wife With A Machete In Delta State
A man has reportedly killed himself after he attacked his wife, Evangelist Mrs Promise, with a machete in Delta state. It’s understood the woman who had just returned from a journey on Monday evening, was assaulted by her husband as soon as she entered the room. He used the large heavy knife and started cutting her head.
According to Christian Onwugbolu, who shared the news on his Facebook page, their son ran off to inform the neighbours. It was then the case was reported to the police. However, when they came to the crime scene, the husband had already killed himself with the same machete. His body has been deposited in mortuary.
It’s understood the woman has been a victim of domestic violence in her marriage. She’s lying down critically at the intensive care unit of the Federal Medical Centre Asaba.
