On a different note, Adesua Etomi recalled her first movie, “Knocking On Heavens Door”. The character she played was centered around a domestic violence victim. Mrs Banky W was only emphasizing the importance of the internet while showing gratitude for Google station.
The first movie I ever acted in was titled ‘Knocking On Heavens Door’. It was a powerful story and my character was a victim of domestic violence. I was super excited but there was just one problem: I’d never been a victim of domestic violence. While I could have winged it, I decided to go on Google to do extensive research and I found out SO MUCH. Do You know that a woman that woman that’s been a victim of domestic for longer than 5 years almost becomes numb to it? I was like. Now, imagine if there was no internet and I didn’t find all that out? Being able to research about any topic and finding vital information is such a blessing, she wrote.
