Funke Akindele is doing all she can to restore her good image after she alongside her husband, JJC Skillz, were sentenced to 14 days community service. The couple were also fined N100k each for violating restriction orders in Lagos. The Nigerian actress has just announced via her Instagram page, that she will give out N5k each to 200 of her followers as COVID-19 palliatives. She wrote:

Yesterday, Akindele appeared to insinuate that taking care of others, sometimes makes her forget her own needs. She wrote:
“Sometimes you try so hard to take care of everyone else that you forget to take care of yourself. #selfloveisimportant #takecareofyourself #mentallyandphysically #happysunday”.
