One of the latest Yoruba movies you might want to look out for is “Oba Nki Oba” not only because of the talented actors featuring in it, but because of the incredible storyline. The character Bukunmi Oluwashina plays – Dedunke, is a young extremely powerful and fearless FEMALE king. The actress has already hit Instagram to express her excitement at playing such a role as it is her first time. She shared some on set photos and wrote along:

“I’m loving this movie already. Not only because of the fantastic Actors on set, But also cos it’s my first Time playing a role like this. MY NAME IS DEDUNKE. A YOUNG, EXTREMELY POWERFUL AND FEARLESS FEMALE KING. DEFUNKE IS BLIND, BUT SHE SEES CLEARLY, MORE THAN THOSE WITH TWO FUNCTIONING EYES. Do I still need to tell you to watch out for this Great movie, or you are waiting already??”

Femi Adebayo, Lateef Adedimeji and Peju Wahab also star in “Oba Nki Oba” alongside Bukunmi Oluwashina.
