Oge Okoye is still trying to recover from the #EndSARS protests and its aftermath looting and vandalization. The Nollywood actress disclosed in an Instagram post that she is “trying to heal from the fear of losing my beloved Naija”.
However, Oge Okoye remains optimistic that things will eventually get better in the country even though it might not be so clear at the moment. She wrote:
“Happy New Month and welcome to my birth month
I’ve been trying to heal from the fear of losing my beloved Naija…a lot happened this past weeks,lives were lost and businesses vandalised.
To Our Fallen Hero’s,May you rest in the bosom of our Lord..we’ll never forget the price y’all paid…Rest On
“I trust that there’s a future waiting for us that is beyond what we’re able to see at this present moment but in all May God Help Us#wemovetogether”.
