Traditionally in Nigeria, cooking has been seen as a feminine activity. However, men these days are breaking gender norms and challenging societal expectations. There are women who would swear that men make women’s hair better as well.
Being able to do these things for a woman doesn’t make the guy weak or a woman wrapper. In fact, some women are really attracted to men who are good at cooking, fixing hair etc.
The ladies find men who cook to be attractive, as it suggests that he is confident and secure in his masculinity. They consider this to be a way of breaking gender stereotypes, showing creativity and attention to detail and an intimate act.
