Browny Igboegwu and his beautiful wife, Becky, are celebrating after they welcomed their bundle of joy – a baby girl, after ten years of childlessness. The popular Nigerian actor announced this in a series of emotional Instagram posts. He also disclosed how his wife suffered during the period she didn’t give birth. He wrote:
“This took 10years to come who can battle with the Lord, I say nobody. I don’t know about you. Where are the so called witches and wizards. It can only be God. Good news loading 90% +”
In another post, the Nollywood actor wrote;
“Get another wife time no dey, age is no longer on her side, find a girl and give belle at least time no dey ooo, Browny hmmmm you dey try for how long you go wait, oya adopt baby first as you dey wait, all these Asaba girls who knows what she has done that she can’t conceive, hmmmm is it by buying new car? Let him born naaa, you no go understand bc you never born, don’t worry when you born you will understand, I love this couple you will never know they don’t have a child, God help them even if it’s one, your children must be up to four now it’s been long you got married. All these and so many others were the words from people’s mouth, you can imagine how I felt all these while hearing all these from both people who feel my pain and those who mock me. I silently took it to God in prayer and today, my wife and I have reason to say thank you lord. Congratulations @becky_browny”
Browny Igboegwu wasn’t quite done.
“My tears may seen in your eyes like tears of joy for what God has done for but no it’s not. My heart bleeds because there are so many people facing similar or even worse cases in their marriages and most of them do not have the support of their husbands, friends and family. May God look with pity at my tears and show them mercy. I know what my wife went through emotionally for this 10yrs and I thank God for the grace to stand by her. God bless all the women seeking for the fruit of the womb. If He did it for me, He will do it for you just believe. Congrats @becky_browny”
Chacha Eke saw the post and was one of the many to celebrate with Browny Igboegwu. She commented, “Jesus Igweeeee Udoka nekwa giii I’m so happy for you! Congratulations Browny”
Rachael Okonkwo wrote, “Wow big congratulations to you bro”.
Georgina Ibeh hit the comment section writing, “Thank God Congratulations odogwu”.
Not done, Georgina shared the maternity photos on her page with a special message. She wrote, “@brownyigboegwu This good news made me happy from the bottom of my heart . After 10Years of marriage & our baby is here , All glory to God. You are a rare kind of Man & I am super happy for your family . Congratulations Sir , I celebrate with you & Wifey.”
