To be “authentic” it’s important to be true to your values, personality and spirit despite whatever pressure you may encounter to do otherwise.
It’s mandatory that you take responsibility for your mistakes without trying to shift the blame to someone else.
Also, you must be honest not only to yourself, but when dealing with others.
