These days, we do all types of ‘magic’ with cameras and videos. Infact, you only need to single out Instagram to see that things are really happening ooh! However, it hasn’t always been the case. High school sweethearts Ferris, 90, and Margaret Romarie, 89, didn’t enjoy the luxuries of cameras and videos back in the days when they tied the knot in 1946. For this reason, they don’t have photos to remind them of their wedding.
Thankfully, their granddaughter Amanda Kleckley decided to plan a photoshoot reenacting the wedding pictures for the couple’s 70th anniversary.
Margaret rocked a lavender gown and veil while Ferris looked like a boss in his tuxedo.
Lara Carter was the one who captured the adorable couple on camera. She said:
“You can see the love between them in the way they interacted with each other and laughed together as we would go from the different poses”.
“They are a beautiful example of what marriage is meant to be.”
