News began to circulate earlier this week that Cardi B was about to launch her own television talk show. However, the “I Like It” hitmaker has shut down the reports while calling out the original outlet.
A TMZ article titled “CARDI B I WANT A ‘BOCKTAILS’ TV SHOW… And ‘Bocktails’ Booze”alleged that Cardi had filed trademark documents claiming the name “Bocktails with Cardi B” for “entertainment services in the nature of providing ongoing episodes for distribution via television and the Internet featuring celebrities and artists.”
According to the female rapper, viewers should not expect to see her hosting a talk program any time soon. Cardi tweeted, “No I’m not doing a tv show. I’m just [trademarking] different drinks name. TMZ gets one piece of information and put legs and feet on that b*tch!”
