It’s no longer news that Pastor David Elijah, the founder of Grace and power prophetic ministry international, was attacked in Awka, Anambra state. However, despite the bullets shattering his car and tearing clothes, he ‘miraculously’ escaped without any scratch. The assassins failed to kill him. Davido has reacted to the news simply writing, “Odeshi” in the comments section of Daddy Freeze’s post.

“Odeshi” was made popular by Nollywood’s “Issakaba” which was based on the actual exploits of the Bakassi Boys who used the highest charms to chase robbers out of any vicinity they operated in. Bullets/machetes could not penetrate them.
