Last year, a lot of people suffered losses. The COVID-19 shocked a lot of people while claiming lives. The lockdown also took food away from the mouths of many as hustling for family members became impossible.
The #EndSARS protests also brought pain to many Nigerians but its citizens found out they had a strong voice which could even attract the international community.
The suffering was so bad that it has renewed determination amongst many Nigerians who have vowed to ensure 2021 is a success on every level. Mind you, the coronavirus pandemic is still around worldwide.

In a recent post, Esther Audu Ojire quizzed her 1.2m Instagram followers on their plans and goals for the year.
The Nollywood actress stated clearly that it is not enough to pencil down what you intend to achieve this year but to actually work towards your ambitions.
She wrote;
“The new year is upon us, what are your plans and goals for the year????? Don’t just have goals people, work towards achieving them.
“Happy new year to you all once again”.
