One of the reasons people have unknowingly chosen the hard knock life for themselves is that they choose what they want over what they need.
Mind you, this is also as a result of seeing what friends, colleagues and even family have for themselves. So they try to impress with their limited funds and go after that “want” which of course, throws them into massive debt.
Even in romantic relationships, it applies. When a guy goes after a lady who doesn’t love him, but concentrates on the little cash that the guy is flashing, there is bound to be problems because he has made things hard for himself.
