Christmas period is usually a time when people spend a lot of money buying beautiful clothes, gifts for loved ones and food items. In fact, there are those who buy cows, goats or chickens depending on the money at their disposal.
Even though Xmas should also be used to reach out to the less privileged, not many would feel sad if they don’t have money to spend on the poor.
What usually brings about sadness during Christmas is usually being unable to cater for the needs of the immediate family.
