It didn’t just end there as both singers were spotted holding hands publicly while displaying all that loved up stuff. Sadly, only days ago, the lovebirds went their separate ways ending their love ‘nwantinti’.
According to an exclusive interview with Hollywoodlife, a source revealed that Drake’s infatuation with Nicki Minaj may have played a major role in Rihanna and Drake’s split and not their hectic schedules as previously reported.
“Drake could never look at Rihanna and tell her that he’s in love with Nicki too”.
“He doesn’t have that type of swag to be brutally honest to a woman to that extent, let alone Rihanna. But Ri’s definitely not stupid. She already knew that.”
“Several weeks ago they had an argument about Nicki because Drake kept rapping the lyrics to a few of he and Nicki’s collabs and going on and on about how he and Nicki are magical when they’re on a track together.”
“Ri felt offended and thought Drake was being high key disrespectful when they themselves have worked together. Words were said, Drake apologized but Ri still feels some type of way and is jealous of his love for Nicki.”
We gather that this didn’t go down too well with Rihanna ooh! Can you blame her? Anyway, news of the Drake and Rihanna break up won’t go down too well with Meek Mill who doesn’t even seem to like Drake one bit.
Thankfully, Nicki Minaj is in a happy relationship with Meek Mill so we don’t expect any major drama spilling over to the lovebirds.
