Angry Fans Blast Yul Edochie After He Said Women Should Dress Like Queen Wokoma
Nollywood actress, Queen Wokoma (Ini Edo look-alike) shared a photo on her Instagram page. Yul Edochie saw it and was impressed with her dressing. In fact, he shared the same photo on his own IG page and wrote, “Its so graceful when women dress like this. Not exposing their bodies. Even the men respect you more. Not every tom, dick and harry can approach you. Nice look girl @queenwokoma”. However, not everyone was happy with him for his choice of role model on whom women should emulate when it comes to dressing decently. So, the fans blasted Yul Edochie without any mercy.
Meanwhile, Queen Wokoma appreciated Yul’s compliments.

One disgusted commenter wrote, “Yul is always proving how shallow-minded he is, from his view on domestic violence to how men “respect [women] more” if they dress a certain way. Sorry to inform you that not ALL women dress to please men and ALL women deserve respect despite being “covered up” or not. Next time send your message without putting down other women that don’t meet or wish to meet these myopic men standards of what a “good” woman deserving of “more respect” looks like.”
A second appeared to agree with the earlier commenter, “@yuledochie I like your movies and am a big fan. One. advise that I think you need is to maybe stay away from talking about women. Just like your view on domestic abuse which I thought was totally and utterly ignorant!!! Don’t be shallow minded and talk like a man who being brought up to have condescending notions about women. Same girl you portraying as an immaculate example, I just went on her page and some of her picture are contrary to how you portrayed her!!! Too bad you stood this low to rate women.”
A third commenter fired at Yul, “Only a trashy man like you will slut-shame women… trash on trash, we are waiting for your female offsprings…”
Another furious commenter was really disgusted, “You were obviously born into rape culture…. Google ‘slut shaming’ asswipe….”
