Veronica Adeleke gave birth to Davido on November 21st, 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States. The Nigerian singer’s mum was born in 1963, loved music and was owner of a record label. Veronica was also part of a band named “David’s Band.” She was also a lecturer at Babcock University in Osun State.
Davido’s mother died on March 6th, 2003 aged 39. Coincidentally, that was her husband, Adedeji Adeleke’s 40th birthday.
