How Patience Ozokwo Got Into Nollywood
Patience Ozokwo has revealed how she got into the movie industry.
According to the Nollywood actress, Chika Okpala who played the role of “Chief Zebrudaya” in the popular TV comedy series, New Masquerade (1983-1993) and Pete Eneh (R. I. P.) introduced her into acting.

She disclosed that the duo immediately noted how hilarious she was while they were classmates at the Esute mature university program. At the time, Ozokwo was into radio drama and stage play.
Sharing a throwback to her early years in Nollywood, She wrote;

Fun fact:
I was introduced to Nollywood by chief Zebrudaya (Chika Okpala) and Pete Eneh (may God continue to rest his soul).
They were my class mates in Esute mature university program. They couldn’t believe how much I made them laugh everyday in class 🤣
They practically dragged me into Nollywood (story for another day). Before then I was doing radio drama and stage play.
