The popular Nollywood actress wants people to treat themselves which clearly suggests that rewarding oneself after putting in a lot of effort, can provide motivation and help maintain momentum towards achieving a goal.
However, it is important to reward oneself according to the level of effort and accomplishment or else, it could be used as an excuse for overindulgence or some type excessive spending.
