I Struggle With This New Reality – Yemi Alade
In a televised speech on Monday, President Muhammadu Buhari said he had “approved a phased and gradual easing of lockdown measures in FCT, Lagos and Ogun states effective from Monday, May 4, 2020”. Despite this, as at 11:20pm 27th April, there were 64 new cases of COVID-19, according to the NCDC. There are 1337 confirmed cases while 255 have been discharged. However, 40 deaths have been recorded. This coronavirus pandemic is the new reality Yemi Alade struggles with like every other Nigerian.
The singer disclosed on social media that she says a silent prayer for anyone struggling mentally, financially and healthwise.

I can’t help but say a silent prayer for anyone struggling mentally ,financially Or Health wise ; AS LONG AS THERE IS LIFE ,THERE IS HOPE!! Heal our Land Lord
