Nigerians across the world are dropping their 61st Independence Anniversary messages via their social media pages.
So far, it appears not all have given up on anything good coming out of the country as they remain optimistic that Nigeria will eventually come good but it will take the collective efforts of voters to bring in the right leadership. Failure to do this will lead to misery and hardship.
In a new Instagram post, Genevieve Nnaji stated clearly that “It takes heart to be Nigerian.”
Some may agree with the actress because of the unbelievable hardship citizens have faced and yet, they continue to struggle without losing hope.
She wrote;
“It takes heart to be Nigerian.
Nigeria is not you. You are Nigeria.
Be the reason they speak good about us wherever you are.
Happy Independence to you in particular. 💋❤️🇳🇬”
