Jasmine Rain Dunbar: Body Of 21-Year-Old Single Mother Discovered After Being Set On Fire By Ex-boyfriend, Antwaun Travon Ware
Things are really happening oh! The body of a beautiful Arizona, 21-year-old single mother, has been discovered after she was killed and set on fire by her ex-boyfriend, Antwaun Travon Ware because he didn’t want to take a paternity test. It’s understood Jasmine Rain Dunbar was last seen leaving her West Phoenix home with her 7-month old baby girl and her ex-boyfriend on Tuesday night. However, on Thursday, her body was discovered by the Phoenix police near Seventh Avenue and Camelback Road.
According to reports, Dunbar’s baby was found alone in her car seat on the side of a road six miles from her home. This was hours before the victim was last seen alive. An adult shoe, a diaper bag and a backpack with Dunbar’s ID inside were also found in the vehicle. The police arrested Ware on Wednesday at his home and he was taken to the police headquarters for questioning.
It’s gathered that Ware allegedly changed his story multiple times during interrogation. He claimed he dropped Dunbar and her baby back at their home only to later on say he punched the victim during a fight and dropped her off in the field where her body was discovered. Ware also said out of panic, he dropped the baby off in another area.
Later, the suspect reportedly went back to the field where he left Dunbar. He then poured gasoline on her body, then set it on fire with a cigarette. It was only after watching the fire burn did Ware leave the place to get the baby.
Jasmine Rain Dunbar’s body was discovered on Wednesday after police in an aircraft, discovered the 21-year-old’s burnt body.
The victim’s grandmother was the one who informed authorities that she (victim) was taking Ware to get a paternity test.
