Here’s what Afolayan had to say about the progress of the KAP Hub so far even though it hasn’t officially opened.
“Even though we are not officially open yet, We’ve over the past few weeks welcomed quite a number of amazing individuals at KAP Hub, and we must say, it has been a delight!
Last week, the special adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Tourism, Art and Culture, Mr Solomon Bonu along with his team were at the Hub. It was an honor to have him commend our passion to promote the African culture through our craft and environment.
“That being said, as a member of the Lagos State Council of Arts & Culture as well as a stakeholder in the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture, we will be teaming up with the Government to create an enabling environment for art, culture, tourism and the entertainment industry.
“It’s been a great pleasure having the presence of the special adviser, his team, the beautiful Ayo Adesanya, Yvonne Jegede, Idris Aregbesola (Culturati), Sam Olatunji and other remarkable people drop by to support our initiative to promote the African culture.
“Last week was great, but this week would definitely be better. Wishing you an amazing week ahead.
Ire”.
