Celebrity News And Gossip: Marlon Wayans Praises Tyrese’s Wife John Singleton Surprise
Tyrese’s wife came under the spotlight after her husband called her a “Black queen” during a clap-back to a few African American female fans. However, Samantha Gibson has been applauded after she surprised her husband with a room inside their house, to honour the memory of John Singleton. Even Marlon Wayans praised her for being so thoughtful. He penned on Instagram, “You got a beautiful wonderful thoughtful queen “.
On Saturday, June 1, 2019, Tyrese shared a video that Samantha had made for him detailing the surprise suit she’d dedicated to his close friend/director, John Singleton, inside of their home. This left the singer/actor speechless, as he confessed in his post, “I was told not to go downstairs … I have no words.”

Samantha debuted the John Singleton suite she’d created inside of their Atlanta home in the video surprise to Tyrese. It was in honour of Tyrese’s late friend and director.
“Hey papi, I wanted to surprise you,” Samantha said. She then explained that she decided “to dedicate this suite to John because this is the suite he always stayed in when he came to Atlanta…this is where he always was- his layer.”
She then scanned the room which displayed several framed photos of Singleton with Tyrese. There were also framed movie posters of John’s work. Samantha concluded the video by telling Tyrese, “I hope you love it, been working hard on it…just wanted to surprise you.”
