Celebrity News And Gossip: Meek Mill Just Wants To Be Around Pure Genuine Love
Robert Rihmeek Williams more popularly known as Meek Mill, is all about positivity in 2019. The “Going Bad” rapper made this known on his Instagram page while letting fans know about his state of mind heading into the weekend. He wrote, “I just wanna be around pure genuine love if I gotta think about ya motive I’m cool!”
Meanwhile, Meek has accepted the Cosmopolitan’s apology, according to TMZ. His lawyer, Joe Tacopina, spoke to the media outlet saying, “We appreciate the Cosmopolitan’s apology and will no longer pursue legal recourse at this time.”
The Cosmo continues, “Meek Mill has not had any prior incident on our property. The Cosmopolitan has zero tolerance for discrimination and we pride ourselves on providing an inclusive environment. We look forward to welcoming Meek Mill back to the resort.”
Cosmos had earlier indicated they would tender an apology to Meek Mill and accept fault for ordering the rapper off its property last Saturday. They were filmed threatening to arrest him for trespassing. Also, a guard was seen in the video telling Meek it was because of a prior incident though he didn’t give any specifics. Now, they say there was never a “prior incident.”
The rapper’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, claimed it was a clear case of racial discrimination and defamation. He implied the hotel and several others in Vegas have a black hip-hop artist blacklist circulating. A couple of black celebs like Snoop Dogg and OJ Simpson have backed Mill claiming to have also been victims of racial discrimination by the hotel.
