Hip Hop Entertainment News: Nicki Minaj Speaks On Plans To Marry Boyfriend, Kenneth Petty After Obtaining Marriage License
While answering questions from her fans on Sunday morning, one fan asked The “Megatron” rapper, “is Kenny a fan of ‘Nicki Minaj’ or does he only love ‘Onika’ ? If so, what’s his favorite album/song by you ? & would you ever date a person who isn’t necessarily into Nicki Minaj but into Onika ?”
“He won’t even say the word ‘Nicki,'” Minaj responded. “He has called me onika since I was 15 so it’s hard to change that. I wouldn’t date anyone cuz I’m about to be married to my soulmate. But that was the problem, others r infatuated w/Nicki Minaj he DGAF about this industry & is very protective.”
Meanwhile, during her Queen Radio show on Apple Beats 1, Minaj revealed that she and boyfriend Kenneth Petty have obtained their marriage license.
“We did get our marriage license,” Minaj said, adding that, “I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness. It was so hard to get to a happy place. Now that I’m there, I don’t want to compromise that for anyone or anything.”
However, she didn’t really give any other details on her wedding plans to the level 2 convicted sex offender.
Petty co-starred in Minaj’s new video for her song, “Megatron,” in which she raps about Petty and his controversial criminal past.
“I f–k him like I miss him, he just came out of prison Bi–hes be talkin’ shit, but they ain’t got a pot to piss in My name is Nicki M, I’m in a sticky Benz That mean it’s candy apple red, I’m Barbie, this is Ken.”
The rapper gets down with Petty who is seen shirtless throughout the video. Nicki is also seen grinding up on him in a jacuzzi, followed by some loving in a red room and even the two enjoying each other in a steamy sauna.
