Police Throw Nigerians Out Of Hotels In China Over Coronavirus Fears

Nigerians who went to China for business have cried out that they were treated badly and thrown out of their hotels by the police over fears that they bring back Coronavirus into the country.

The Asian country has managed to bring the Coronavirus pandemic under control while the rest of the world are still struggling with the virus which originated from Wuhan in China.

In a video shared by Nigerians who travelled to China for business, the Chinese police are seen chasing the businessmen from their hotel. In fact, one Nigerian is heard telling the Chinese police that there are Chinese all over Africa and they are treated well.

The men (Nigerians) said they were being maltreated despite the virus spreading to other countries from China.

In another video, Nigerians are spotted roaming the streets stranded. They said they haven’t anywhere to go after being prevented from booking any hotel.

According to the stranded Nigerians, when they arrived in China, they were quarantined for 14 days and after the 14 days were up, they were sent out.

Having curbed the spread of Coronavirus in China, Nigerians who travelled to China claim they were treated like the plague and asked to leave so as not to bring the infection back to the Asian country. . . They added that they were driven from their lodge and are not allowed to check into any other hotels.
