Current News Headlines: Days Before The Release Of Her First Published Book About Domestic Violence, North Carolina Mother Stabbed To Death By Boyfriend
Police in North Carolina have arrested the boyfriend of a 35-year-old woman identified as Aliyah Terry, after he stabbed her to death just days before the release of her first published book on domestic violence, “The Queen Xperience”. It’s understood her live-in boyfriend, Isaih Henderson III, committed killed Terry inside her Charlotte home on July 2. Portions of the book highlighted her experiences with domestic violence.
Henderson, 32, turned himself in to police on July 4, and he was charged with Terry’s murder. He remains in custody without bail, according to online records. Henderson has yet to enter a plea to the charge he faces, and information regarding his attorney was unavailable at press time.
Hours before Terry was killed, police allege they were called to Terry’s home following an argument between her and Henderson.
“She was a beautiful person inside and out, kept a beautiful smile,” Davis said of Terry, who wanted her own story to inspire abused women.
“I want women to walk away knowing there is help,” Davis explained.
