Mariah Careh, 46, is not prepared to give James Packer, 49, any financial breathing space after he dumped her despite their engagement. The singer feels she spent a lot of money investing in the relationship and appears to want to cash in big time with the whopping sum of $50M being reported. The “We Belong Together” singer is blaming her billionaire ex for ‘uprooting her life.’ Mariah also claims the Australian businessman allegedly turned her world upside down by convincing her to move from New York City to Los Angeles.
Also, the singer claims being traumatized by the explosive fight that occurred on a yacht in Greece, even to the extent that she had to cancel the South American leg of her tour losing a lot of money as a result of it. Mariah is also saying that Packer made a lot of financial promises to her which have not yet actualized.
However, some are whispering aloud that Packer did “something really bad” to Mariah’s assistant. This has been rumoured as the real reason James Packer and Mariah Careh split.
Also, the top-charting singer appears hell bent on keeping the engagement ring.
