A man identified as Timothy Onyeukwu, 61, has been arrested by operatives of the Central Police Station Aba, after he was caught having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 10-year-old girl. The girl has been taken to the hospital where she is receiving medical attention.
Onyeukwu has been arrested and has confessed to have have slept with the minor for months in the hotel.
