Rick Ross Hospitalized After Suffering Possible Heart Attack After Being Found Unresponsive
Rapper Rick Ross has been hospitalized after suffering a possible heart attack or serious complications from pneumonia. He was found unresponsive in his mansion and taken to the hospital in Miami on Thursday morning. It’s understood when he woke, he became “combative” with authorities.
According to TMZ, Ross, 42, has been placed on a system known as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation which is used as a life support measure for people who’ve suffered either lung or heart failure that leaves them unable to properly oxygenate their own blood.
However, MMG rapper and friend of Rick Ross, Fat Trel, said he’s spoken to him and confirmed that he’s in the hospital but denied that he’s on “life support.” He wrote:
“JUS TALKED 2 MY BIG HOMIE… HE GOOD… HE IN DA HOSPITAL BUT HE IS NOT ON “LIFE SUPPORT” … HE GOOD💯💯💯 #MMG @richforever”
Rick Ross has had a history of physical problems suffering a series of seizures in 2011 that raised some serious concerns about his health.
