Nigerian Celebrity News And Gossip Today: Simi Drags Twitter Cyber Bully Mazi Ibe
Simisola Ogunleye simply known as Simi, isn’t one to display rage publicly like she did last night December 26, 2019, on Twitter. The “Smile for Me” hitmaker dragged a troll whom she described as a “cyberbully” openly and left the person for dead as Nigerians ripped apart. Mazi Ibe, a well known Twitter troublemaker, and he drew first blood.
According to what we gather, Simi and Mazi Ibe started their feud all the way back in 2017. The Twitter Cyber bully had criticized Simi’s dress sense and described her as “the Debbie Rise of Celebrities”. If you recall, Debbie Rise was a former Big Brother Naija Season two housemate.
The tweet below is what rekindled Simi and Ibe’s Twitter war. This led the Nigerian singer to block the troll on Twitter. However, Ibe surfaced yesterday evening claiming that he can now see all the tweets of the singer with his backup account. He shared a photo of Simi with her husband, Adekunle Gold, on Christmas Day as proof.
“And I dare you, @i_pissvodka (Mazi Ibe’s backup handle), to never talk about me again. Unless you’re obsessed or I’m really bringing you that influencer money. Because I’m just a little girl minding my own. Or next time you see me outside, come to me and speak ur mind”, Semi tweeted in reaction to Ibe’s tweet.
“Let’s talk woman to a child – instead of you sneaking, taking pictures of me, looking for laughs on social media. Big boy, you gawky internet bully, twitter warrior, I dare you to dislike me enough to pretend I don’t exist. So ti gbo”, she tweeted again against Mazi.
“I don’t understand the sneak and take pictures of you part sha. Either way, I apologize”, Mazi Ibe swallowed the humble pie and added that “Nothing was said out of hate or to bully”.
However, Nigerians wanted Mazi Ibe’s head and they got it by roasting him. In fact, we hear his Twitter handle has been suspended.
But asslickers will want the celebrities to swallow and not block him, dragging Simi up and down,
