Mercy Aigbe has been using her online platforms to protest for justice after the rape and murder of Uwa Omozuwa. However, one of her fans took to the comment section of a post she shared showing her carrying a placard with “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH #WEDEMANDJUSTICE” to tell the actress to stop posting on Instagram and go out there. The follower also told Aigbe to march to government offices.
Mercy Aigbe captioned her post;
“I stand against Rape!
I stand against Police Brutality!
Enough is Enough!
Justice must be served!
#justicefortina
#justiceforuwa
#wedemandjustice✊”
Read how it went down below.
phephewah: “Stop posting on instagram and go out there. March to your government officials offices. Get out there with the people and stand with the people. It’s time for change.”
realmercyaigbe: “@phephewah I am ready! Calling on everyone who wants to do this with me! Enough is Enough!
realmercyaigbe: “@phephewah we should use all our platforms to pass our message across!”
See the post below.
Meanwhile, Mercy Aigbe followed up her previous post to demand for justice yet again stating clearly, “I am up for a peaceful protest! Petition!”

So long as our voices are heard and demand for justice is met! I will also encourage us to use our platforms to push for change ….. Ki lo de! O ti su mi! Infact we are tired!!!!!! Enough is Enough! We can really do better as humans! *sad* just sad* Parents the onus falls on us to instill a lot of values and morals in our kids!!!!!! We are the most important educators our children will ever have hence we must start talking honestly with them at an early age. We should let them know that affirmative consent is a very important prerequisite to any sexual behavior! Our boys must be taught that CONSENT is very important and No means NO!…….This is all so upsetting! “
