Kenneth Okonkwo is one of the founders of Nollywood as we know it today. When the Nigerian movie industry was still young, the legendary actor alongside the likes of Kanayo O. Kanayo, Ngozi Ezeonu, Pete Edochie, Olu Jacobs among other notable names, helped to shape Nigerian films into what it is today.
Not all of them are active but they still contribute in one way or the other.
In a recent Instagram post, Kenneth Okonkwo advised that it is mandatory to teach children that “joy and happiness is a choice, but success is by hardwork.”
The thespian uses his social media pages to help inspire others and give helpful advice not only on parenting, but other matters.
He wrote;
“Teach them that joy and happiness is a choice, but success is by hardwork. You will be surprised that they understand more than we think.
“Your prayer is building Kenechukwu into a happy and successful young man and we thank you. May all your children be decorated in gold in Jesus name”.
