Rita Dominic has advised her fans to be themselves as they do not need to be validated by others. The popular Nollywood actress made it clear that it is a sign of insecurity.
There are many people who need the “constant” validation of other people to feel appreciated. They are the ones who are probably not getting their core needs met so they begin to act out of character trying desperately to get that need fulfilled.
Hence, Rita Dominic noted this and advised against it preferring that people just be themselves and make their own decisions.
She wrote;
