I’ve heard some people say happiness is a choice. The choices you make can introduce joy in your life or pain, bitterness and regret. Princess Shyngle seems to agree with this. In her latest Instagram post, the Gambian actress states that the only thing standing in the way of your happiness is you.

“Don’t wait for someone or something: a job, a partner, a family, a million dollars, to make your life okay. Nothing will give you happiness and no one can take it away. The only thing really standing in the way of your happiness is YOU !!!.”
