A lot of people dread failure and they give up on any given project the moment they see it coming. However, what they fail to realize is that they can learn a lot from their experiences when things do not go their way.
You don’t have to win the first time. Many success stories were born out of failure but major lessons were picked from lack of success.
In a recent Instagram post, Williams Uchemba blamed failure on people going after “what they want now” rather than “what they need the most”.

“The reason most people fail is because they give up what they need the most for what they want now. Majority of the time the things you WANT are not what you NEED. Selah. Happy Sunday guys.”
Sometime last month, Williams Uchemba let his fans in on failure at the edge of a breakthrough. He wrote:
“NEAR SUCCESS SYNDROMES is whenever you try to close a deal, sign a contract or make sale that is suppose to increase your financial capacity or move you to the next phase of your life something will mysteriously stop it from happening, Today I rebuke every form of near success syndrome in your life in Jesus Name.Happy Sunday”.
