Murder Case: Nollywood’s Tonto Dikeh Threatens To Expose Luxury Hotel
Things are really happening oh! Tonto Dikeh has threatened to expose a 5 Star Hotel in Nigeria for trying to cover up a murder case. The Nollywood star took to her Insta-story to share some insights on the case.
According to the actress, the case is “breaking my heart and making me lose appetite.” Tonto Dikeh also promised to go public with the name of the luxury hotel, the murder victim and the merder plan. She wrote:
Months ago, a Nigerian lady identified as Gift Mike was arrested and taken to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, SCIID, Yaba. She was quizzed on the death of her South African lover, Daniel Grant, at a hotel in Victoria Island area of Lagos.
It’s understood the deceased had checked into a hotel on Sinatu Daranijo Street, with his girlfriend, Gift. They later proceeded to PAT bar, in Victoria Island to wine and dine before returning to the hotel at about 1.30 am. However, the hotel management and lodgers were woken up from sleep after an alarm was raised from one of the rooms. It was then the hotel manager, Abdul Ismail who rushed to ascertain what the matter was, found the South African man’s lifeless body dangling in the toilet. The Maroko division of the Nigeria police was then alerted.
However, investigations into the case has taken a twist with the police now saying it could be a case of murder and not suicide. At the time, “findings at the scene gave room for suspicion”.
