Frederick Leonard appears to totally agree with Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, that smart people are silenced so as not to offend stupid people.
Truthfully, any society that functions this way will never progress and its citizens will suffer. You will find out that shallow minded people will begin to make critical decisions that will eventually run the country down.
In as much as we aren’t referring to any particular country, it’s safe to say that anyone reading this would know of a country at least that falls into having this class of people.
In a recent Instagram post, Frederick Leonard reposted Charly Boy’s stand on this. It reads:
“We live in times where smart people are silenced so that stupid people won’t be offended”.
Empress Njamah and Ruth Eze also reacted in agreement with the post.
