Walter Anga Supports Mike Ezuruonye After Kunle Afolayan Social Media Row
It is no longer news that Mike Ezuruonye and Kunle Afolayan were involved in a social media row yesterday after the popular filmmaker posted an unconfirmed message he received from a lady who accused Ezuruonye of scamming women.
While reacting to this, Ezuruonye accused Afolayan of hating Igbos while stating clearly that “the small respect” he had for the filmmaker is gone.
However, Afolayan has since come out to explain that his colleague misunderstood him and that he is not even a tribalist. However, he admitted his reaction was rather spontaneous but it was to express disapproval as the Instagram user appeared to be reporting Ezuruonye to him. It was then he asked in Yoruba how it was his business.
To support his friend, Walter Anga shared a picture of himself with Mike Ezuruonye on his IG page noting that despite their ages, they are still holding their own in Nollywood. He wrote:
“Two old vampires.. Wey no dey gree old one is 44yrs and the other is 46yrs yet we still dey wear jims dey protect our votes for nollywood.. No try us!!! With my day1 @mikeezu”.
