A lot of people pray to God for his blessing upon their own life. However, they indirectly tell Him that they lack sufficient faith when they begin criticizing people that become successful from poverty.
Sometimes you even doubt their testimony on how God turned around impossible situations.
In fact, you begin to give reasons why that person isn’t qualified for a miracle forgetting that as human beings, we “have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”.
Many people will rightly tell you that “Faith” is important in times of challenges to have your prayers answered by God.
So rather than be a real “doubting Thomas”, use success stories from people as an inspiration.
In a recent Instagram post, Williams Uchemba noted the significance of this. The popular Nollywood actor wrote;
“Always doubting or criticizing people that are either successful or on their way to success, especially when you think they are not qualified, is you indirectly telling God that you are not ready for a miracle/blessing in your own life.”
