Naija News: Naira Marley Blasts Kaffy For Calling Soapy Disgusting
Popular Nigerian dancer, Kafayat Shafau, better known as Kaffy, has condemned the dance step, Soapy, popularised by Azeez Fashola, a.k.a Naira Marley. Since then, she’s received support in rubbishing the vulgar dance moves from the singer who is alleged to have been involved in internet fraud and money laundering by the anti-graft agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). However, this hasn’t gone down well with Naira Marley who has blasted Kaffy for calling Soapy disgusting.

In this clip, Naira Marley said that Kaffy has no right condemning his romantically-inclined dance move because she is no longer the queen of dance. He also mocked the dancer saying her relevance faded during the previous generation.
Naira Marley, who is known for his single, ‘Issa Goal,’ also said that today’s youths are not interested in dance routines or regimented body moves. He also made it clear that these days, anyone can dance and teach others as well.
Recently, Naira Marley posted a video of Regina Daniels and her best friend Cassie dancing to his new song. There are also those who enjoy the soapy dance moves despite its vulgarity.
