Trouble started when the Instagrammer accused Queen Nwokoye of bleaching her skin which made her look anemic.
However, this didn’t go down well with the popular actress so she came for the troll. While replying, Nwokoye stated clearly that the lady looks to be suffering from Kwashiokor.
