Janet Sylva the 12-year-old Gambian girl that 6lb tumor was removed from her mouth is all smiles. She had endured great pain due to the growth in her mouth which left her unable to eat, smile, close her mouth or even be happy. Doctors successfully removed the tumor in New York and reconstructed her jaw from a leg bone. The young girl was born free from the mouth tumor and it was only until she was nine years old that she started complaining of mouth pain.
