Naija Gist: ‘Confident And Determined’ Tonto Dikeh Gives Reasons Why She Will Win Ex-husband
If you have been following Naija Gist across the internet, then you will know it’s gradually taking the shape of some of your favourite operas. It started with Regina Daniels and her surprise marriage to much older billionaire politician, Ned Nwoko. While that was heating up social media, Tonto Dikeh grants an interview that has won her more enemies than friends. She unabashedly ridiculed her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill for failing to pass one minute in bed with her while calling him a ‘Yahoo’ boy who tricked her that his father is Obasanjo. The Nollywood actress was quick to point out that Olakunle was rather, the son of the once gardener of the Former President of Nigeria. Several celebs have openly dragged Dikeh but she remains bent on winning a battle which no longer exists. In an Instagram post, she described herself as strong, resilient, confident And determined while vowing to ‘win’ the ongoing drama.

Meanwhile, the Board of Trustee (BoT) of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) have threatened to sanction Tonto Dikeh over ‘bad behavior’. Prince Ifeanyi Dike, chairman, BoT of the guild said:
“Tonto Dike is exhibiting bad behavior that we will no longer condone. What she should realize is that every marriage has its own issue. No one marriage is perfect. Issues like that are private. It is very unbecoming of her to portray us in bad light. There are so many actors who have issues with their marriages without getting the public involved. Her actions does not speak well of the industry. We are not interested in her private matters; rather we are concerned about her attitude which is rubbing off negatively on other actresses. Actions like this portray the industry as having unserious ladies. That is why men are scared of marrying actresses. Thank God that we have good examples in the industry. If she is looking for sensation, she should look for something else to use. Honestly the Board of Trustee is not happy with her and if she continues this way we will sanction her. We do not encourage bad behavior.”
